Considering:

1. The Renter wishes to rent a scooter from the Owner
2. The scooter to be rented is one
3. Brand: MedicalPro
4. Type: R300
5. Colour: Azul………………….

correspond as follows:

1. The owner rents to the renter and the renter rents from the owner the object indicated in the preamble.
2. The term of the lease is:

      Start: Date: 10 May 2024 Time: 14.00

      End:   Date: 17 May 2024 Time: 10.00

3. The rental price for this period is : 80 € to be paid at the start of the term.
4. If the scooter is returned later than the agreed end of the term, the renter will owe a fine of € 5 per 15 minutes with a minimum of € 10.

5. The lessee pays a deposit of € 75 at the start of the term. The owner pays this deposit back at the end of the rent, less any damage to the scooter and less any fine owed by the renter for late return of the scooter.

  6  The lessee declares that it has received the object in good condition and without damage, other than visible on the attached photos.

7. Terms of Use:
8. a) Lesseer is familiar with the use of the scooter. He will only use the scooter on public roads and not on the beach, on sandy paths and in water.
9. b) The rented scooter is a 1 person scooter and may therefore only be used by 1 person. Passengers are not allowed.
10. c) The rented scooter may only be used by the contracting party to this agreement.
11. d) The renter will lock the scooter in case of absence and store it in a locked room at night
12. e) The renter is liable for any damage caused to third parties by him This damage is subject to the liability insurance of the renter. The renter indemnifies the owner against all third-party claims for compensation of damage which are direct or indirect caused by the use of the rented scooter and the additions theretor.
13. f) The renter receives 1 key to the scooter and a proper charger. The costs for replacement of keys, charger or mobility scooter will be paid by the renter. The renter takes care of a solid lock to prevent theft. The l.ock will be provided by the owner
14. g) In case of theft or accident the renter is liable to compensate damage . The renter has the possibility to buy off this risk by paying a premium of 1,50 € a day. In that case the damage for loss off the scooter will be at the expense of the Owner except for 100 €, which is the amount that in any case will be at the expense of the renter.

      In case of theft the renter has to return to Owner the key of the scooter and the key of the lock. If not we can not prove the theft to our insurance company and          therefore the whole amount of the damage will be at the expense of the renter. This means that even if the scooter is stored inside, we strongly advice the                  owner to remove the key of the scooter and the key of the lock and store it separately!

 h) The lessee immediately reports any defects to the owner.

 i)  The lessee may not sublet, transfer or otherwise allow another one the use of the rented scooter.

 j)  The owner can not be held liable for the consequences of invisible defects in the rented scooter.
